Session 2Stress & BurnoutWhen are bodies are in a constant state of "fight or flight" it will lead to burnout. We can't handle it long term. "Stress is not an influence in the world, but a reaction in the body...it's a response. The source is not the stressor. Stress comes from within, not from without".
